These points explain the rules you meet most often. Where it differs from the general terms or bonus terms you accept at sign-up, or from the wording of a particular offer, those documents win.
Opening and keeping an account
Accounts are for people aged 18 or over, one per person, with details matching their documents. Residents of Russia, Belarus, Poland, Georgia, Malta and the USA cannot register. Each card, bank account and wallet you pay with must be in your own name.
Bonus money
- Qualifying deposits start at £20, and one bonus is active at a time.
- Welcome stages require 40x wagering, and several reloads require 45x.
- A claimed welcome stage runs for 7 days; an unclaimed stage lapses after 3.
- Eligible slots count in full. Blackjack, baccarat, roulette, poker, video poker and live games count at 5%.
- Jackpot slots, and slots on the excluded list, count nothing.
- Cash is staked before bonus money, as our bonuses are non-sticky.
- No single bet may exceed £5 until wagering is complete.
- Unless an offer states otherwise, withdrawals from a bonus are capped at ten times its amount.
- You may drop a deposit bonus before wagering starts, and its free spins drop with it.
- Reload codes start working after the third welcome deposit.
Taking winnings out
Identity checks precede the first payout. The standard ceiling is £3,000 weekly and £15,000 monthly. It grows as lifetime deposits grow, and a progressive jackpot win is paid out whole whatever the ceiling. A withdrawal made before you have staked 3x your last deposit may incur processing costs.
